NOTICE OF LIEN SALE
Pursuant of Hawaii Revised Statues, please take notice Aloha Island Movers -Kauai located 1811 Leleiona Street Lihue, HI 96766 intends to hold an auction of the good stores for Coco Palms Hui, LLC in default for non-payment of storage fees $4098.23. The sale will occur on 1/16/2021. This property consists of household goods and personal effects listed in our warehouse receipt issued on January 16, 2021.
The proceeds of such sale will be applied toward payment of the amount of our lien, plus reasonable charges for auction costs including cost of notice, advertisement, and sale. We expect you to pay the deficiency, if any.
Be advised that any partial payment in reference to this account will be applied to the outstanding balance, but will not stop the continuance of the sale.
