All persons with claims against the corporation must present same to the corporation at c/o Sherman Shiraishi, Esq., 2403 Ulu Maika St., Lihue, Hawaii 96766 together with a description of the claim, an accounting of amounts owing, and supported by proper vouchers or other evidence. A claim against the corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 5 years after publication of this notice.
