Profit Sharing Plan Trust Dated October 17, 1990 (“Plaintiff”) has commenced an action by filing her Complaint For Foreclosure; Attorney Affirmation; Exhibits “A” – “B”; Summons (the “Complaint”) in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 5CCV-20-0000034 in the matter entitled “Gloria A. Keown, Trustee of The Bob Keown, Ltd. Profit Sharing Plan Trust Dated October 17, 1990 vs. Arthur R. Rook; Rachel C. Rook; Real Property Tax Division, Department of Finance of the County of Kauai; John Does 1-50; Jane Does 1-50; and Doe Entities 1-50,” for foreclosure of that certain property located at 5166 Kaehulua Road, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746, designated by Tax Map Key No. (4) 4-6-034-008.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Randal G.B. Valenciano, Judge of the Fifth Circuit Court, Pu’uhonua Kaulike Building 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihu’e, Hawai’i 96766, on Monday, the 23rd day of November, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Allison Mizuo Lee, Esq. whose address is, Cades Schutte LLP, 3135 Akahi Street, Suite A, Lihue, Hawai’i 96766. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
