COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain kokee State Park, Kokee Road Improvements situated at Waimea, Kokee, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 5-9-001:016 and (4) 1-4-001:013, has been completed.
