GONSALVES, SR. and EVELYN GONSALVES, have filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 17-1-0048 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking to quiet title and for partition of real property known as 4307 Kapaia Road, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, 96766, also known as Tax Map Key (4) 3-7-001-013, and containing an area of 10,890 square feet, more or less, and any easements, appurtenances, structures and improvements related to and on the land, in which you may claim an interest, and for other relief as is just and equitable.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable KATHLEEN N.A. WATANABE, Judge of the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, 3970 Ka`ana Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, 96766, Courtroom #6, on October 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m, or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before the aforesaid date upon the above-named attorney for Plaintiffs at the address shown above. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
