OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Culvert replacement & road reconstruction situated at Kilauea, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4)5-2-017:026-0020 and (4)5-2-014:015-0002, has been completed.
