OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain State park recovery improvements. Construct parking lot & elevated boardwalk & waterline repairs situated at Haena, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: 5-9-08:01, has been completed.
