NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Michael Ladner, Inc. – General Contracting Services of that certain Condominium Remodel situated at 5454 Ka Haku Rd., Unit 302, Princeville, HI, TMK: 5-4-012-1-011 0030, has been completed.
