Pursuant to HRS § 514B-139, on or after 1/4/2018, the Board of Directors of the Association of Apartment Owners of Kawaihau Sports Villa will sell, donate or dispose of 8 bicycles abandoned at the project. The abandoned property is located at 4701 Kawaihau Rd, Kapaa, in the handball court. The proceeds of the sale, if any, minus costs will be held for 30 days. Any proceeds not claimed within this period shall become the property of the Association.
