NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION

The National Weather Service plans to construct a new 30 foot lattice type tower with single red obstruction light for weather radio broadcast at the Lihue Data Collection Office located at 3260 Kailani Street. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering Form 854 File Number A1119954. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. The Federal Communications Commission strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
