You are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption regarding a male child born January 18, 2013 by Andrew Bermas Cabreros, the legal spouse of Brayley Michelle Cabreros, has been filed in the Family Court, Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, in FC-A No. 18-1-0015.
You are hereby summoned to appear on September 26, 2019 at 9:00am in the Family Court of the Fifth Circuit located at the Kauai Judiciary Complex, 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on that date and time and at the place noted above further action may be taken including the granting of the adoption without further notice to you.
You are further notified that the child, the adoptive parent, and the natural parent have rights under HRS Section 578-15 regarding the confidentiality of adoption records after the child
reaches age 18.
