NOTICE OF REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

Pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Department of Health (DOH) proposes to repeal chapter 17-1454, Hawaii Administrative Rules, entitled “Regulation of Home and Community-Based Case Management Agencies and Foster Family Care Homes,” as soon as the repeal can be filed with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and become effective.
Chapter 17-1454 is the Department of Human Services’ rules for the regulation of home and community-based case management agencies and community care foster family homes. This chapter is unnecessary due to Act 93, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, and the adoption of chapter 11-800, Hawaii Administrative Rules, also entitled "Regulation of Home and Community-Based Case Management Agencies and Foster Family Care Homes," which became effective on November 11, 2018.
