OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Pacific Blue Construction LLC of that certain Improvements – Poipu Beach Park situated at 2141 Hoone Rd., Poipu, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 2-8-017:001, has been completed.
