VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 520

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following.
Mr. Sean M. O’Keefe, Director of Environmental Affairs, Alexander & Baldwin, Inc has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D), 11-62-31.1(b)(1) and 11-62-34(a)(2)(A).
The request is the renewal of a wastewater variance to allow the continued use of septic systems to serve Numila Camp, located at One Numila Road, Eleele, Kauai, Hawaii, and TMK (4) 2-2-001: 001.
