Pursuant HRS$514B-139, on or after 1/4/2019, The board of directors of the Lae nani, Inc. AOAO will sell, donate or dispose of bikes, boogie boards abandoned at the project.
The abandoned property located at 410 Papaloa Rd, Kapaa, HI 96746 in the storage shed.
The proceeds of the sale, if any, minus costs will be held for 30 days. Any proceeds not claimed within this period shall become the property of the Association.
