TO: Defendants unknown heirs or assigns of KAILAA, HOEWAA (k), also known as HOEHEWA (k), MIKAHAKA (k), also known as PALAPALA (k) and MIKAHAKA PALAPALA (k), RAIA KAPAHU (k), ELIA LIHAU, also known as LIIHAU, ROBERT WAIALEALE, ROBERT WAIALEALE (son of ROBERT WAIALEALE), UPAI, SOPHIA MANOA, also known as SOPHIA HUNT, and all persons unknown having or claiming to have any interest in the real property described in the Complaint.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, ROBINSON FAMILY PARTNERS, has filed a complaint in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, CIVIL NO. 18-1-0154, to determine all claims adverse to and to establish Plaintiff’s fee simple title to the following real property situated at Peekauai, District of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, within Tax Map Key: (4) 1-6-002-056: Land Commission Award No. 236-C, Royal Patent No. 6633, to KAILAA, Apana 1 of Land Commission Award No. 1976 to HOEWAA (k), also known as HOEHEWA (k), Land Commission Award No. 2990 to ELIA LIHAU, also known as LIIHAU, Land Commission Award No. 3352, Royal Patent No. 7777, to UPAI, and Apana 3 of Land Commission Award No. 3608, Royal Patent No. 7746, to Kaniahe.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Randal G.B. Valenciano, Judge of the Fifth Circuit Court, 3970 Kaana Street, Courtroom 4, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766, on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, MICHAEL W. GIBSON, whose address is ASHFORD & WRISTON, A Limited Liability Law Partnership LLP, First Hawaiian Center, Suite 1400, 999 Bishop Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
