NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE

Notice is hereby given to all creditors of KAUAI BAKERY, LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company, that the LLC intends to file Articles of Termination with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii. All claims, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, must be submitted to the LLC at 3-2600 Kaumualii Hwy., Ste 1526, Lihue, Hawaii 96766 within the date of the last publication of this Notice or of filling of the Articles of the Termination, or they will be forever barred.
