OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc., of that certain Pe’ekauai ditch clearing, removal of vegetation and maintenance situated at Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 1-5-001: Por. 002 and (4) 1-5-002: Por. 008, has been completed.
