KAUAI COUNTY HOUSING AGENCY To all interested Agencies, Groups & Persons: Pursuant to 24 CFR 91, Consolidated Plan Revisions and the County’s Citizen Participation Plan, the Kaua’i County Housing Agency (KCHA) hereby gives notice that the following changes constitute a substantial amendment to the 5-Year Consolidated Plan 2015-2020 for the referenced fiscal year’s Fifth Program Year Annual Action Plan. The first proposed substantial amendment is to reallocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program income funds/revolving loan funds to the following activity: Project: Hale Ho’omalu Parking Lot Accessibility Project Amendment: Provide additional funds to complete the scope of work and improve the use and accessibility. The second proposed amendment is to add to the scope of work to meet additional federal Lead-Based Paint requirements to the following activity: Project: Kaua’i Acquisition Transitional Housing Amendment: Add to the scope of work to meet additional federal Lead-Based Paint requirements and allow current funding to be used for allowable costs related to the additional requirements. Original Funding: $465,752.00 The Housing Agency receives CDBG funds through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
