NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO
THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION OF THE
COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII
Pursuant to law, notice is hereby given that the Liquor Control Commission of the County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter on Thursday, December 9th, 2021, via Microsoft Teams conferencing for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in the proposed amendments to the Rules & Regulations of the Kauai Liquor Control Commission. Members of the public are invited to join this meeting by video conference at https://bit.ly/3p5Paf3 or by calling the number with the conference ID information (+ 1 469-848-0234, Conference ID: 672 376 10#).
The proposed amendments involve generally the subjects of penalties, violations, digital signatures and electronic filing, trade names, use of assessed penalties, manager cards, and required reports.
All interested persons are afforded the opportunity to submit data, views, or arguments, and these may be filed in writing with the commission before the public hearing or presented orally at the public hearing. Copies of the proposed amendments are available at the Department of Liquor Control in the Lihue Civic Center, Mo’ikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Suite 120, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, during normal business hours.
