SUMMONS
TO: MICHAEL HULME and PAULA HULME
You are hereby notified that Plaintiffs DAWN HOANG and NICK HUYNH (“Plaintiffs”) have filed a Complaint against you in the action filed as Case No. 1:23-CV-00384-JAO-RT in the United States District Court of the District of Hawai’i, seeking damages for misrepresentation and other claims.
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon McCORRISTON MILLER MUKAI MACKINNON LLP, counsel for Plaintiffs, whose address is 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Five Waterfront Plaza, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, an answer to the Third Amended Complaint which is herewith served upon you, within twenty-one (21) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the date of service.
You must serve on Plaintiffs an answer to the attached complaint or a motion under Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If you fail to respond,
judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Third Amended Complaint. You also must file your answer or motion with the court.
