You are hereby notified that NewRez LLC, f/k/a New Penn Financial, LLC D/B/A Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing (“Plaintiff”), has filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure (“Complaint”) against you in that action filed as Civil No. 5CC191000106 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 4540 Ananalu Road, also known as 5-6657 Kuhio Hwy, Hanalei, HI 96714, Tax Map Key number 4-5-8-006- 019-0000, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Kathleen N. A. Watanabe Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, Hale Kaulike, 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Hawaii on April 26, 2022, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon TMLF Hawaii LLLC at 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, HI 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
