YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd. and La La Corporation have filed a Complaint against you in the District Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 5DRC20-0000055, seeking damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees, and such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Judge of this Court in his/her Courtroom located at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Hawaii, on Monday, May 10, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. of said day or to file an answer or other pleadings, with respect to the Complaint, and serve it on or before said date upon Yoshimoto Law Group LLLC, attorneys for Plaintiffs First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd. and La La Corporation, whose address is 201 Merchant Street, Suite 2440, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
