C-4, Lihue, HI 96766, Tax Map Key number 4- 3-7-003-014-0040, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Noteand Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Randal G. B.
