YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF KULANA, a Hawaii condominium association (“Association”), has filed a COMPLAINT against you in Civil No. 19-1-0089 JRV. This Complaint was filed by the Association seeking judgment for sums due, foreclosure of its lien for unpaid assessments on real property located at Unit #17A of the Kulana Condominium Project on Olohena Road, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746, Island and County of Kauai, State of Hawaii (TMK (4) 4-3-011-001, C.P.R. No. 0082), and for other relief as may be just.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Honorable Randal Valenciano, Judge of the above-entitled Court, Pu’uhonoa Kaulike Building, 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue Hawaii, on Thursday, the 30th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock, p.m. of said day, or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PHILIP S. NERNEY, attorney for Plaintiff Association, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 2780, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
