BUCASAS, SHARLYN BUCASAS, and SHANNON BUCASAS have filed a Complaint in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, CV No. 18-1-0034 to determine all claims adverse to, and to establish Plaintiffs’ undivided fee simple title to a parcel of land identified as LCA No. 7671 issued to KAHIO (k) at Anini, District of Hanalei, Island of Kauai, all within Tax Map Key No. (4) 5-3-007-010, as further described in Exhibit A of their Complaint, its legal boundaries, its partition, its rights of legal access, the Plaintiffs’ award of co-tenancy contribution expenses, and other relief as justice requires.
