YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff RICHARD LEMIEUX has filed a First Amended Complaint in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 17-1-0174 JKW, to establish Plaintiff’s fee simple title to the property located at 4576-A Kuli Road, Kalaheo, Hawaii 96741, designated by TMK No. (4) 2-4-001-083-0001 and also identified as Apartment No. A of the Condominium Project known as “NA HALE O’KULI”.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Kathleen N.A. Watanabe, Judge of the Fifth Circuit, in her courtroom at Pu`uhonua Kaulike Building, 3970 Ka`ana Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766 on April 17, 2018 at 1:30 p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Allison Mizuo Lee, whose address is Cades Schutte LLP, 3135 Akahi Street, Suite A, Lihue, Hawaii 96766. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the First Amended Complaint.
