YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff CAROL JEAN HART has filed a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title in Fifth Circuit Civil No. 18-1-0016 against you in the above-entitled Court to wherein said Plaintiff prays to quiet title and other relief with regard to the following real property:

All that certain parcel of land situated at 7990 Elepaio Road, Kekaha, Hawaii, being Lot 46-A-2 of the Kekaha Houselots, Kekaha, Kauai, Hawaii, containing an area of 11,960 square feet, more or less, and more particularly identified as Kauai Tax Map Key; 1-3-01-122.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appeared before the Presiding Judge, in his/her Courtroom,at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Hawaii, on April 24, 2018, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Walton D. Y. Hong, attorney for Plaintiff, at 3135-A Akahi Street, Lihue, HI 96766. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title.
