Apana 2 of Land Commission Award No. 6755 to WAALOA, situated at Mookahi, Peekauai, District of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, within Tax Map Key: (4) 1-6-002-041.
Apana 3 of Land Commission Award No. 6755 to WAALOA, situated at Mookahi, Peekauai, District of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, within Tax Map Key: (4) 1-6-002-044.
Apana 2 of Land Commission Award No. 9283 to KELIINUI, situated at Kaloha, Hanapepe, District of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, within Tax Map Key: (4) 1-9-012-027.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Randal G.B. Valenciano, Judge of the Fifth Circuit Court, 3970 Kaana Street, Courtroom 4, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766, on Thursday, November 30, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, MICHAEL W. GIBSON, whose address is ASHFORD & WRISTON, A Limited Liability Law Partnership LLP, First Hawaiian Center, Suite 1400, 999 Bishop Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
