AL., have filed a complaint against you in Civil No. 14-1-0265, wherein Plaintiffs pray to quiet title and/or partition real property identified as that portion of Land Commission Award 238-Z to Inoa and Apana 4 of Royal Patent Grant Number 2014 to Kalamanu, being at Moloa’a, District of Kawaihau, Island and County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, within TMK No. (4) 4-9-013-003.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the HONORABLE KATHLEEN N.A. WATANABE, at 3970 Kaana Street, Courtroom No. 6, Lihue, Hawaii, on NOV. 28, 2017 at 1:30 o’clock p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, GLEN T. HALE whose address is 2970 Kele Street, Suite 210, Lihue, Hawai’i 96766. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
