WAHIAWA GENERAL HOSPITAL (WGH) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Anesthesia Service Groups to support WGH’s Mission, Vision and Values.

No late proposals accepted. Mail or drop off sealed proposals (faxed or emailed copies not acceptable) to Wahiawa General Hospital, 128 Lehua Street, Wahiawa, HI 96786, Attn: Leslie Ming, Quality Coordinator. Sealed proposals will be opened and recorded by members of the Evaluation Committee on Monday, October 15 at 11:30 a.m.
WGH reserves the right to accept or refuse any and all sealed proposals, re-advertise for proposals, or proceed otherwise as deemed in the best interests of the Hospital.
