VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 724

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person regarding the following. Brian M. Wilson and Kevin Hense have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
The variance request is for the continued use of an approved individual wastewater system at 960 Niulani Rd, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746 and TMK (4) 4-3-009: 003.
