KAPA`A – The County of Kauai, Department of Public Works and Grace
Pacific LLC., are announcing that they will be performing night work for
water main valve relocation on Kawaihau Road near the intersection
at Nunu Road on Tuesday, March 1st, 2022. Work will take place from
7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. No impact of water service is expected.
Work will require one lane road closure. Alternating traffic will be from
7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Motorists are advised to use extreme caution
through the area, and observe and obey all traffic controls, flaggers,
posted signs while driving through the construction work zone area.
Please allow additional travel time in anticipation of these delays.
