VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 712

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person regarding the following. Mr. Greg Meckling of Nihi Kai Villas has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-23.1(c)(1) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Kyle Yukumoto, P.E., of R.M. Towill Corporation is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant to be installed at 1870 Hoone Road, Koloa, Hawaii 96756 and TMK (4) 2-8-019: 022.
