CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: EMERGENCY HOMELESS SHELTER REHABILITATION
A U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded project.
PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given, that KEO will receive sealed bids for furnishings all labor and materials for the Emergency Homeless Shelter Rehabilitation Project. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. (local time) on December 7, 2018, at the KEO Office, ATTN: Andrew Denny, 2804 Wehe Road, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766.
Copies of plans and specifications are available at the KEO office, Monday thru Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
To be considered for award, all prospective bidders must attend a scheduled mandatory pre-bid meeting at the KEO office on November 20, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. All prospective bidders shall have a Hawai’i State Type "B" General Building Contractor’s license PRIOR to submittal of a sealed offer.
