KZZV operates on 94.3 MHz. The community of license is Hanapepe, Hawaii.
The sole officer, director and/or holder of 10% or more voting control of the assignor is Maurice Vargas.
The officers, directors and/or holders of 10% or more voting control of the assignee are: Larry Fuss and The Phoenix Limited Partnership. The managing partner of The Phoenix Limited Partnership is W. K. Love.
