WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Chris Moore, owner of Poipu Plantation Resort, LLC, Koloa, Kauai has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D).
The variance application is for the continued use of two septic systems for the Poipu Plantation Resort which is located at 1792 Pee Road, Koloa, Kauai, 96756, and TMK (4) 2-8-019: 029.
