NOTICE OF LIEN SALE
Pursuant of Hawaii Revised take notice Aloha Isle Moving Kauai location at 1811 Leleiona Street Lihue, HI 96766 intends to hold an auction of the goods stored for Sherwin Kaplan in default for non-payment of storage fees $5907.51. The sale will occur on 4/7 /18. This property consists of different house hold items and person effects listed in our warehouse receipt issued on 1/14/93.
The proceeds of such sale will be applied toward payment of the amount of our lien plus reasonable charges for the auction cost including cost of notice, advertisement, and sale. We expect you to pay the deficiency, if any.
Be advised that any partial payment in reference to this account will be applied to the outstanding balance, but will not stop the continuance of the sale.
