ESTATE OF BRIAN LANSING, also known as BRIAN DAVID LANSING, Deceased, and the BRIAN LANSING LIVING TRUST.

FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on April 13, 2019, together with an Application by Jonathon Lansing, whose address is Post Office Box 8, Kilauea, HI 96754, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters Testamentary to said Jonathon Lansing.

If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.

Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated April 21, 2011, and known as the Brian Lansing Living Trust, are hereby notified that Jonathon W. Lansing, whose address is stated above, is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if secured by a mortgage, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the above address, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
