KAUAI ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, INC. (KEO)
KEO SEWER LINE CONNECTION PROJECT

KEO is receiving bids for the KEO Sewer Line Connection (Project) located at 2804 Wehe Road, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766.
SCOPE OF WORK: Project includes but is not limited to: all tools, materials, and management for the in-place and complete installation of a sewer Iine from KEO to the Pua Loke Pump Station as detailed in Project plans and specifications.
BIDDER LICENSING AND REQUIREMENTS: Bidder, shall at a minimum, hold a State of Hawaii, type "A" Contractors License. This proJect utilizes Community Development Block Grant funds. Bidder shall follow federal guidelines for this project e.g., Davis Bacon Wages, Section 3 Reporting, etc. Time is of the essence in completion of the work, winning bidder should be prepared for expedited work product.
BIDDING: Qualified interested contractors can request a bid packet by contacting Kerri Barros at kbarros@kauai.gov or 241-4435. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the KEO office at 2804 Wehe Road, Lihue.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Deadline for submission of proposed bids is on Monday, December 20, 2021 by 9:00 am. Submissions must be hand delivered to the KEO in a sealed envelope.
SELECTION: A public bid opening will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the KEO office.
