KAPA’A HOMES REDEVELOPMENT NOTICE OF
PUBLIC MEETING AND 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

You are invited to a public informational Town Hall Meeting on the proposed redevelopment of Kapa’a Homes.

Representatives from the Hawai’i Public Housing Authority and their development partner, Highridge Costa Development Co. will provide an overview of the plan, collect comments, and answer questions from the public.

The Kapa’a Homes Plan will provide 124 new affordable rental homes, parks, and amenities. This public information meeting is open to all.

Your comments on the plan will be documented as part of the entitlement process. The comment period will be between December 8, 2023 to January 8, 2024.
