The estimated costs/Sales price for said interval is shown above. GRAND PACIFIC RESORT MANAGEMENT on behalf of HANALEI BAY RESORT VACATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION will be allowed credit bids, since the monies are owed to them. Purchaser shall pay all costs of conveyancing, including Title Insurance and Escrow fees, conveyance tax, document drafting and preparation, securing possession and notary and recording fees. Sale is subject to postponement and/or cancellation, for any reason before, or after commencement or bidding, at GRAND PACIFIC RESORT MANAGEMENT discretion.
