THE BALANCE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE SHALL BE PAID IN CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER’S CHECK UPON DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TRANSFERRING TITLE. The Buyer shall pay the costs of escrow conveyancing, recordation, conveyance tax, title insurance and other closing costs.
