Offered for sale is the fee simple interest in a residential lot located in "PUULIMA I CONDOMINIUM", Kalaheo, County of Kauai, State of Hawaii. The lot consists of approximately 1 acre and contains a two bedroom, two bathroom house.

Purchaser shall pay all costs and expenses of closing, i.e., costs of conveyance, conveyance tax, escrow and recording fees, title evidence and/or insurance, notary fees, and shall be responsible for securing possession of the property.
