Property Sold “as is” condition at public auction, with 10% of highest bid payable in cash or certified or cashier’s check at close of auction, payable to Kai Lawrence, Commissioner – balance payable upon delivery of title. Potential bidders must show proof of 10% of bid prior to public auction. At the discretion of the court, the 10% down may be forfeit if purchaser fails to pay balance.
