TERMS OF SALE: No upset price. Property sold “as is” condition at public auction with a minimum of ten percent (10%) of the highest bid payable by
money order, certified check or cashier’s check, made payable to Ryan E. Jimenez, Commissioner, at the close of the auction, the balance payable upon delivery of title. Potential bidders shall be required to provide proof of ability to comply with the minimum 10% bid requirement prior to participating in the auction. Conveyance will be by Commissioner’s Quitclaim Deed. The purchaser shall pay all costs of closing, including escrow, conveyance and recordation fees, title insurance, and conveyance taxes. The purchaser shall be responsible for securing possession of the property upon recordation.
