Notice of Dissolution of Pahio Development, Inc.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes (“HRS”) § 414-387 that Pahio Development, Inc., a Hawai’i Domestic Profit Corporation, will file Articles of Dissolution with the State of Hawai’i, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Business Registration Division.
Any person having any claims against Pahio Development, Inc. may send a Notice of Claim to:

The Notice of Claim shall include the amount of the claim, a statement of the basis of the claim, and any documentation related to the claim.
Any and all claims shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication date of this Notice of Dissolution, as provided for under HRS § 414-387.
