Notice of Dissolution of PDI-I
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes (“HRS”) § 425E-807 that PDI-I, a Hawai’i Domestic Limited Partnership, will file a Statement of Termination of Limited Partnership with the State of Hawai’i, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Business Registration Division.
Any person having any claims against PDI-I may send a Notice of Claim to:

The Notice of Claim shall include the amount of the claim, a statement of the basis of the claim, and any documentation related to the claim.
Any and all claims shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication date of this Notice of Dissolution, as provided for under HRS § 425E-807.
