WESTIN PRINCEVILLE FOUNDATION, a Hawaii nonprofit corporation, has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs on August 5, 2019.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors of WESTIN PRINCEVILLE FOUNDATION to mail their claims to the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas, 3838 Wyllie Road, Princeville, HI 96722. Each claim must be mailed to the aforesaid address and include the claimant’s name and address, basis of the claim, and the amount of the claim. A claim against the WESTIN PRINCEVILLE FOUNDATION will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after publication of this notice.
