PLEASE BE ADVISED that there has been FILED in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, under Case No. 5CLP-22-0000088, a Petition by AMBER L. FONTEYNE, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 203, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, seeking a determination that BENJAMIN EDWARD BROTHERS, ALSO KNOWN AS BEN E. BROTHERS, who was last seen or heard from in Eleele, Hawaii on March 16, 2022, should be deemed to have died on March 16, 2022, and directing the issuance of a certificate of death accordingly.

Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Judge Kathleen N.A. Watanabe, in her courtroom No. 6, located at 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said Petition and all interested persons, including anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of said BENJAMIN EDWARD BROTHERS, ALSO KNOWN AS BEN E. BROTHERS.
